Our payment process starts from 30% deposit (secured) → 30% upon commencement work → 30% after completion of painting works & carpentry → 10% in one month after completion of all works.

We also have no minimum project price.

Indeed, contractors offer cheaper renovation costs. However, this means that they will only execute what they are told to do and will not advise you on any shortcomings that you will realize only after the renovation is complete, resulting in more costs on rectification or a complete revamp. 

Over the years, we have heard a lot of horror stories involving contractors providing impractical, sloppy or unfinished work. Our suggestion is that you should engage with one if you are working towards a tight budget or if you have a very clear idea of how you want your house to look like.

We work closely with our professional contractors and we go on-site to supervise the renovations from start to finish, ensuring that everything is going as per our project management schedule.

We are known to complete full-fledged renovations in 6 weeks and we will give you round-the-clock updates on the progress to ensure that you receive your dream home in time.
